Wommelgem --- 12th of June, 2012 | SecureLink successfully renewed their J-Operate specialist status during the latest audit from Juniper.
SecureLink, the specialized networking and security integrator based in Wommelgem (Antwerp), showed her competence and commitment in directly supporting Juniper solutions.
The Juniper Operate Specialist program allows Juniper partners to provide primary post-sales level 1 and level 2 support to their end user customers while relying on Juniper Networks for Level 3 technical support capabilities, parts inventory and delivery.
As a recognized J-Partner Operate Specialist, SecureLink can provide a single-source problem resolution process for their customers and design their own branded support offerings, and receive backup support from Juniper Networks for support and hardware replacement. Additionally, Juniper Operate Specialists have access to technical troubleshooting webcasts, and expert-to-expert support (for qualifying partners,) as well as recognition of partner specialization. Only Elite-level Juniper partners are considered to become Operate Specialists and SecureLink is one of few Benelux integrators that fully succeeded the program.
A yearly audit by Juniper is required to keep the J-Operate partner status. During the audit the support capabilities are verified such as the availability of the necessary support systems as well as the certifications of the technical people and the availability of spare parts. The J-Operate partner needs to have a lab to simulate more complex issues.
