Through the SecureLink Customer Portal, you will get insight into your open and closed incidents and changes. You will also find an up-to-date overview of all components of your agreement with SecureLink. The necessary software and/or technical information about the products can be found there as well.

Via a personal account, all SecureLink customers get access to a secure part of our website.  Through the portal, you can see your profile and your ticket history. You can also enter more details about your report so we can immediately mobilize the right people.  » To SecureLink Customer Portal

You can open a ticket via email. Please send an email to [email protected]

As of February 26, 2018, SecureLink will be using a new ticketing system where you can create your tickets through our customer portal. Opening tickets via mail will no longer be possible.

If you encounter urgent problems, please contact our office via +32 78 77 00 24. You can reach us during and outside the normal office hours (24/7)  if you have a valid service contract. If you have any further questions, feel free to contact your account manager.
